sometimes it's hard to change our habitual.
like me,,
when holidays,,i always sleep late.
huff..
at 4 or 5 in the morning..
and when i woke up,i was like a zombie..
with black circle rounded my eyes,,
dizzy feeling and sometimes disconnected conversation with others.
huff..
but,,
thanks a bunch GOD,,
i have changed that bad habit..
now,
i can sleep at 9 and wake up at 3..
